Monday at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 9:00am – 60 minute classes  

Classic style yoga suitable for all levels – beginners, intermediate and advanced.  Small classes with individual and supportive care during sessions.  Excellent for those who want to keep fit yet also incorporates the healing aspect which yoga brings.  It is a physical and internally focused style of practice that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life.  The studio is warm and comfortable (not hot yoga).
